Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Angroos website, accounts, gifting tools, customer support and purchases. By using Angroos or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
If you place an order for another person or on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the relevant details and accept these terms.

Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Keep your contact details accurate and protect OTPs, devices and account access.
You are responsible for activity completed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised use.

Products, images and availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours, textures, craft details and packaging may vary slightly because of screens, seasonal supply, handmade production and natural materials.
All products, components, packaging and delivery services remain subject to availability. Where a reasonable substitution is needed, we aim to preserve the theme, quality and value of the selected gift.

Pricing, taxes and quotations
Displayed prices are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude delivery, personalisation, duties or other charges as clearly shown before payment.
Corporate quotations may include product, branding, packaging, project management, delivery and applicable tax components. A quotation is valid only for its stated period and confirmed scope.

Orders and acceptance
Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Angroos issues confirmation and can reasonably fulfil the selected products, personalisation and delivery requirements.
We may contact you to verify information or decline an order involving unavailable stock, an unserviceable destination, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, prohibited content or an impossible production schedule.

Personalisation and customer content
Check names, dates, messages, photographs, logos, addresses and artwork before submission or approval. Production may begin immediately after approval.
You confirm that you have permission to use submitted content and that it does not violate privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights. Angroos may refuse unlawful, abusive or inappropriate content.

Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimates are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Dates are estimates unless Angroos gives a written guaranteed commitment.
The customer is responsible for complete recipient details, serviceable addresses and reasonable recipient availability. Additional costs may apply to correction, return-to-origin or reshipping caused by incorrect information.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligibility for cancellation, return, replacement or refund is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Personalised, perishable, custom, corporate and made-to-order products may have limited change-of-mind rights once production begins.

Payments and payment security
Payments may be processed by authorised providers such as Razorpay. Never share a CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password with Angroos staff.
A payment shown as pending, failed or duplicated remains subject to verification by the payment provider and the issuing bank.

Angroos AI and recommendations
Angroos AI and recommendation tools assist discovery but may not always be complete or perfectly accurate. Review product, ingredient, personalisation, price and delivery information before purchase.
Do not submit confidential company data, financial credentials, government identifiers or unnecessary sensitive information in an AI conversation.

Intellectual property
The Angroos name, visual identity, website design, copy, photographs, product presentation, software and original content are owned by or licensed to Gifts Boutique.
You may use the website for personal or authorised business purchasing. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reproduce or exploit protected content without written permission.

Responsible use and liability
Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material or use automated systems in a way that damages the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Angroos is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Kerala may hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights and other applicable law.
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
