Payment providers may independently process payment, transaction and technical information under their own privacy notices. We may retain payment status, transaction references, refund information and invoice records.

04

Personalisation and recipient information

When you send or personalise a gift, we may use the recipient’s name, address, mobile number, message, photograph or custom instructions only as reasonably required to prepare and deliver the order.

Please provide another person’s information only when you are authorised to do so. Do not upload identity documents, financial information, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive material.

05

Corporate and bulk orders

Corporate customers may provide employee or recipient lists, delivery addresses, branding files, budget information and approval communications. These details are used to quote, personalise, fulfil and track the gifting programme.

The organisation submitting recipient data is responsible for ensuring that it has the authority and any required notice or consent to share that information with Angroos.
