How do I place an order?
Choose a ready gift, build a hamper or use an OO experience. Select quantity, card, personalisation and delivery, then review the basket and complete payment.

Which payments are supported?
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. A successful payment must create an Angroos confirmation; contact support if money is debited without an order.

Can I personalise every gift differently?
Eligible quantities can carry individual names, messages or delivery details. The cart and checkout identify each personalised unit so it can be matched to the correct recipient.

When will my gift arrive?
The estimate combines preparation time and destination transit. Enter the PIN code and review the selected delivery method; live tracking starts after courier integration creates a shipment.

Can I return or cancel?
Eligibility depends on the product and fulfilment stage. Custom, fresh and sourced items have tighter limits, while defective, incorrect or damaged orders are reviewed for an appropriate remedy.

How do corporate orders work?
Corporate Project Studio can create a product proposal, quantity pricing and quotation. Samples, proofs, approvals, recipient lists, payments and shipment reports remain connected to the saved project.

What are OO experiences?
OO can recommend gifts, build hampers, interpret memories, create Gift DNA profiles, visualise dream gifts and identify products from images. AI results remain editable and important specifications are confirmed before production.
