This policy covers cakes, fresh flowers, flower-and-cake combinations, fresh fruits, fruit bouquets, fruit hampers and other products clearly marked as Angroos Garden.

20 km Kochi restriction

Orders are accepted only for serviceable locations within approximately 20 km of the Angroos studio in Kochi. The address or PIN-code check determines availability; a nearby PIN code does not by itself guarantee serviceability.

Substitution rules

Seasonal flowers, fruit varieties, cake decoration and presentation materials may vary. If an item becomes unavailable, Angroos may use a comparable alternative of equal or greater value while preserving the theme, colour direction and dietary requirements where possible.

We seek approval before a material change whenever the delivery window allows.

Freshness and storage

Fresh products should be received promptly and stored according to the care instructions supplied. Cakes and cut fruit may require refrigeration; flowers should be placed in clean water away from heat.

Delivery attempts

A reachable recipient and accurate local address are required. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, freshness cannot be guaranteed and re-delivery charges may apply.

Cancellation limits

Cancellation or major changes may not be possible after ingredients, flowers or fruits are procured or preparation begins. Defective, incorrect or materially damaged fresh products remain eligible for an appropriate review and remedy.
