Angroos can receive, inspect and pack an eligible outside product with a gift. The third-party retailer remains responsible for its listing, stock and original product warranty.

Availability and retailer selection
An identified item remains subject to retailer stock, seller reliability, delivery to Angroos at PIN code 682020 and product eligibility. Angroos may decline restricted, unsafe, counterfeit-risk or impractical items.

Retailer-price changes
The displayed amount is provisional until purchase. Coupons, bank offers, memberships and limited flash deals are excluded. If the reliable sale price rises materially, Angroos asks for approval before charging more.

15% making charge
A 15% making and handling charge applies to the external product price. It covers receipt, basic verification, coordination and inclusion in the finished gift; retailer delivery or special handling may be additional when not included.

Estimated procurement time
External products use an estimated preparation requirement of up to seven working days for arrival at Angroos, inspection and hamper preparation. If the item arrives earlier, we aim to dispatch sooner.

Replacement and approval
If the exact item is unavailable, Angroos may show a similar option, but will not purchase a materially different replacement without approval. Image-based identification is a best match and final specifications must be checked.

Cancellation and returns
An external item may be cancelled before Angroos purchases it. After purchase, cancellation and return depend on the retailer’s rules, product condition and non-recoverable Angroos work. Defects are reviewed with the retailer warranty and applicable consumer rights.
