We value clear thinking, quiet ownership and people who care about the last five percent. You will work with a small, ambitious team that shares context openly, learns quickly and gives good ideas room to grow.

Roles are based in Kochi unless a listing says otherwise. We welcome applicants from different industries when their skills, judgement and way of working translate well to thoughtful gifting.

The work style is shown on every listing. Some roles are hybrid after onboarding; fulfilment and studio roles usually need an on-site presence.
