- Plan daily order preparation and dispatch readiness
- Verify products, messages, branding and packaging
- Coordinate inventory exceptions and courier handovers
- Improve checklists, accuracy and turnaround time

- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Comfort with order systems and basic spreadsheets
