We aim to make Angroos usable by people with varied vision, hearing, mobility, cognition, devices and connection quality, using WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a practical benchmark.

What we are working toward
We aim for keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, sufficient contrast, meaningful labels, text alternatives, understandable validation and responsive layouts that reflow without loss of essential information.

Voice, images and media
Voice and image search are alternatives, not the only route to products. Uploaded-media experiences should include text labels and controls. Gift Passport senders are encouraged to include a written note alongside private media.

Known limitations
Some AI-generated previews, complex product customisers, third-party payment or courier interfaces, and newly imported product images may not yet provide an equally complete accessible experience.

Third-party services
Payment, maps, retailer, social and courier services are controlled by their providers. We select and integrate them carefully but cannot directly change every accessibility issue in an external interface.

Requesting assistance
If a task is difficult to complete, contact Angroos with the page, device, browser and barrier encountered. We will provide a reasonable alternative route where practicable.

Continuous review
Accessibility is reviewed as pages and backend services evolve. We prioritise purchase, account, support, delivery and policy journeys and update this statement when material improvements are made.
