Quotations and GST

Quotations show their validity period and estimated or final pricing status. GST is applied using the applicable rate and place-of-supply treatment; intra-state supply may show CGST and SGST, while eligible inter-state supply may show IGST.

Samples

Unbranded, digitally branded, packaging-only or fully branded samples may be charged separately. A sample charge is adjusted against a bulk order only when the quotation expressly says so.

Advance payments

Procurement, branding and production begin after the advance or full payment stated in the quotation clears. The balance must be paid by the agreed milestone before dispatch unless written credit terms apply.

Branding approval

The customer must approve artwork, spellings, colours, placement and proof versions. Production uses the latest formally approved proof; later changes may affect cost and timing.

Production timelines

Timelines begin after payment, final quantities, recipient data, artwork and approvals are complete. Delays in customer inputs move the estimated completion date accordingly.

Quantity and multi-address shipping

The confirmed quantity is the production target. Any permitted manufacturing tolerance must be written in the quotation and settled proportionately.

Recipient lists must use the Angroos template where requested. Each address may create a separate shipment, tracking number and charge; corrections after dispatch may be unavailable or chargeable.
