Gift Passport content is unlisted and intended for the recipient, but anyone who obtains the working QR code or private link may be able to open it.

Media we handle
Gift Passport may contain private videos, photographs, voice notes, written messages, memories and product or maker stories. Order and technical data are also used to create and operate the experience.

Consent requirements
The uploader must have the rights and appropriate consent to share another person’s image, voice or private information. Content that is unlawful, abusive or invasive may be refused or removed.

QR-link privacy
Gift Passport pages are unlisted and are not intended for public indexing. The QR holder can access the experience, so senders and recipients should not publish or forward the code unless they intend to share access.

Access period
The selected or displayed access period applies from activation. Angroos may offer renewal where available; expiry may make the media experience inaccessible while legally required order records remain retained.

Media deletion
The sender may request deletion of eligible stored media through support. We may verify identity and retain limited records or backups where reasonably necessary for security, disputes, legal obligations or restoration cycles.

Security and reporting
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is risk-free. Report an exposed QR, unauthorised access or inappropriate content promptly so access can be reviewed.
