Artwork and proof approval

Logos, photographs and print-ready artwork must be supplied in a usable format. Where a proof is provided, production begins only after the customer approves it.

Approval confirms layout, colour direction, placement, size and wording. Later changes may require a revised charge or timeline.

Spelling and content responsibility

Customers must check names, dates, messages, recipient lists and approved artwork. Angroos will correct an error introduced by us, but cannot offer a free remake for an error already present in approved customer content.

Minimum quantities

Name-on-box personalisation may be available from one gift when displayed. Logo, sleeve, gift-tag and custom-card branding normally requires at least 10 identical gifts unless the product page or quotation states another minimum.

Production variations

Handmade, engraved, printed and natural-material products may show small differences in grain, shade, alignment, texture and finish. These are not defects unless the result materially differs from the approved specification.

Changes and production time

Production time is added to delivery transit time and begins after payment, final content and approval. Changes requested after production starts may not be possible and may incur new setup or material costs.

Returns and remedies

Customised and made-to-order products are not returnable for change of mind. This does not limit remedies for products that are defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the approved proof.
