Normal, scheduled and express
Normal delivery generally uses the displayed standard transit estimate. Scheduled delivery targets an available chosen date. Express delivery offers the fastest eligible service, but is shown only when product readiness and destination support it.

PIN-code availability
Serviceability is checked using the complete delivery address and PIN code. Some products, particularly Angroos Garden fresh gifts, fragile pieces or remote-area shipments, have narrower coverage.

Production time versus courier time
Production or making time covers sourcing, customisation, preparation and quality checks. Courier time begins after dispatch. An item with three production days and four transit days has an estimated seven-day journey.

Scheduled dates
A scheduled date is confirmed only when available for the selected item and address. Uncontrollable events, recipient availability and courier disruption can still affect arrival; any written guarantee will be identified separately.

Failed delivery
The courier may contact the recipient and make another attempt, hold the parcel or return it. Freshness cannot be guaranteed after a failed fresh-product delivery, and reattempt or reshipping charges may apply.

Address corrections
Correct mistakes before dispatch whenever possible. After dispatch, rerouting may be unavailable or chargeable. A materially different destination may require a new serviceability and price check.
